Big day at KB Stone Aviation! After weeks of slamming away the final 95% I felt ready to start the engine and finalize the calibration of the ADHARS and magnetometer. Everything went as planned and I had one of my favorite A&P/IA's help for the first engine start. I found a heated hangar that the owner is going to let me borrow for a week so today's plan is to install the front windscreen and allow it to cure for a while. I'm going to start the paper (computer) work for the DAR visit which I'm hoping can happen in about 2 weeks. My ‘day job' starts back up next week so the timing is about perfect!
